They did the demo work, installed drainage and corrected grading issues, helped plan the new beds and laid sod. It was a very large job and required over a month to complete- they worked long hours to meet deadline, were professional and reliable. By the end they were like family. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

McCord Landscaping has done an outstanding job for us. He came in on a project gone bad by another contractor. He was able to take the mess we had to deal with and turn it into something to be proud of. Tim is honest and straightforward. He does excellent work and his crew has been great to work with. We had a great experience with McCord. Everyone was very professional and great about talking things over with us and answering our questions. The 3-D design was so helpful and well worth the money. It was nice to be able to go back to that throughout the process and see what we had chosen. The final product is everything we hoped for. The lights added a nice touch and it’s been so peaceful sitting out on our new patio at night. We will be using them again in the future!

We had a 10×10 paver patio installed with additional BBQ space and stepping stones. We are very happy with the job and the employees. They took a unused area of our backyard and made it into a lovely entertainment area with a transition into our upper deck. They were respectful of our property and neighborhood. I would be willing to hire them again for future work.

Tim and his team are next level. I have rarely ever left reviews, but I cannot say enough about how extremely happy I am with my patio design and install. Tim gave the same attention to functionality as he did to beauty; it’s absolutely gorgeous! All of my neighbors constantly remind me. It’s like my new space is a magnet. Because I have a corner lot, neighbors almost always invite themselves into our backyard, letting us know how awesome our new space looks. I think I will soon have to call Tim, so that they can create the natural, evergreen screen to create a little more privacy. Haha!! All in all, I am super happy with not only the finished product, but the entire process was a pleasure. We are extremely happy we chose McCord Landscaping(for the second time) for our landscaping/clean-up needs. We’re surrounded by woods and after the the last few years many tree limbs had fallen leaving a lot of debris around our property. From our initial meeting with Tim we found him to be very professional and easy to work with. Whether through email or phone, it was always very easy to get in contact with Tim. Tim went above and beyond with cutting down trees, removing any additional branches off of other trees that were dead and obstructing the view, and cleaning up the entire property from debris. He worked diligently and all day. It’s amazing how cutting down a dead tree or a simple clean-up can totally change your landscape. Thanks again McCord landscaping! I can’t say enough good things about McCord Landscape and in particular the owner, Tim. Tim and his team transformed my rough Clintonville backyard into an absolute oasis!
